This is a new product of Trang An Ecotourism Area, in order to increase tourist experience and contribute to stimulate tourism demand of the province. Tourists can enjoy sightseeing with boat by themselves with rent from 250,000 to 400,000 VND.
Visitors participating should prepare basic protective gear such as hats, towels, gloves, glasses, sunscreen, a set of clothes
There are two routes for tourist to choose. The first route is 8 km long (for return trips), departing from the boat station, passing Trinh Temple, Tam Quan Gate, Toi cave gate, Quy Hau cave gate, Nui Ngoc. On this route, visitors can take photos under terminalia catappa where Tam Quan gate for offering incense at Trinh Temple is located. The second route goes from boat station to Kong Island, Thuy Dinh, Hanh Cung Vu Lam. The length of the whole route is about 5 km.
Renting a single boat:
• The rent for 2 hours is 250,000 VND per boat.
• The rent for 3 hours is 300,000 VND per boat.
Couple boats cost between 350,000 VND - 400,000 VND per boat, corresponding to a journey of 2-3 hours.
Visitors need to keep stay healthy (Heart or respiratory diseases are not allowed...) and sign the agreement before getting off boats. In addition to strenghthening physical exercise, touriest should have basic kayaking skills.
Before getting off the boats, you will be taught some kayaking techniques. The rules for kayaking: wearing a life jacket throughout the trip; following right routes; not bathing in the river ... Besides, the management board has a hotline and a rescue team equipped with a motorboat to assist visitors if necessary.
