What is this service?

This is a service that supports procedures for travelers with flights to, or exiting from, international airports in Vietnam (Noi Bai Airport, Da Nang Airport, Cam Ranh Airport, Tan Son Nhat Airport). , Phu Quoc Airport).
We will connect with you or drive your own car to schedule a time to pick you up at the airport rendezvous.
When you arrive, you will be assisted by our staff to do the necessary procedures such as Check In, Print the card on the aircraft, consignment luggage, Security, customs screening, exit stamp (If You exit from Vietnam), Take you to the waiting room on the plane. End of service
For your convenience, we offer up to 3 service categories with different advantages: Normal Service, VIP Service and VVIP Service.

* Standard Departure Service

(1) Pick you up at departure hall
  • Our staff will hold a signboard with your name on it.
  • Our staff receive your passport, air ticket
  • Our staff instruct you with check-in counters, printing of boarding pass and checked luggage.
(2) After completing above procedures, our staff returns your passport and air ticket.
(3) Our staff assist your security screening procedures
(4) Our staff assist your exit procedures (For international flights). Queuing in line for exit procedures is required.
(5) Instruct you to waiting room and give information of your flight such as flight time, flight number, boarding gate.

* VIP Departure Service

(1) Pick you up at departure hall
  • Our staff will hold a signboard with your name on it.
  • Our staff receive your passport
  • Give you boarding pass (Check-in procedure is done by our staff in advance)
  • Our staff instruct you with checked luggage (if any)
(2) Our Customer support staff perform mandatory security screening procedures
(3) Your exit procedure is done by our staff (For international flights). You are given priority to make exit procedure quickly
(4) Instruct you to waiting room and give you information such as flight time, flight number, boarding gate.

* VVIP Departure Service

(1) Pick you up at your hotel at agreed time
(2) Pick up at your hotel’s lobby
  • Our staff holds a signboard with your name on it.
  • Receive your passport and compare information
  • Give you boarding pass (Check-in procedure is done by our staff in advance)
  • Your checked luggage is handled by porter (if there is checked luggage)
(2) Our staff assist your security screening procedures (Quick security screening procedure is applied)
(3) Your exit procedure is done by our staff (For international flights). You are given priority to make exit procedures quickly.
(4) Our staff take you to VIP lounge
(In VVIP service, the VIP lounges with high-quality service are always available for passengers of all classes: Promo, Eco or Business classes)
(5) Instruct you with flight time, flight number and boarding gate.
