From the demand of passengers with connecting flights (International to International, International to domestic and domestic to international and domestic travel inland) at the airport in Vietnam, we provide a Type of combined services including Pick up and Show service.

You don't need to worry about getting on the next flight because of two close-by-time flights, or simply want to save time to rest after a long flight. We will help you perform entry / exit procedures, customs inspection, airport security, take luggage, check-in the next flight in the shortest time.

(1) Our staff will pick you up at the entry area (For international flights to) or the entrance area in the arrival hall of the station (For domestic flights to)
  • The staff will assist you to carry out fast entry procedures.
  • Support to get checked baggage (if any)
(2) Greeter takes you to move to the next flight check-in area (There is free Sutter Bus to travel between international terminal and domestic station)
(3) Support for quick check-in procedures, ticket printing on board and baggage (if any)
(4) Supporting customers in quick security screening procedures without queuing
(5) Take you to the waiting room on the next flight
(6) End of service

1. What is THE AIRPORT FAST TRACK SERVICE?

It is a service to assist passengers at the airport. When you have a flight: Arrivals or Departures from an airport in Vietnam.
Currently we offer 3 types of services corresponding to the needs of customers:
  • Meet and Assist – Arrival: Pick up at the airport (For Arriving Flights – customers fly from other places)
  • Meet and Assist – Departure: Airport departure services (For Departing Flights – customers fly to elsewhere)
  • Meet and Assist – Connection: Pick-up / Drop-off (For connecting Flights)
In addition to each type of service, to meet the demand of our customers we also offer many kind of services with options from NORMAL Service to LUXURY Service, respectively with each type of service are different privileges, the highest one is LUXURY with quality standards for Ministerial level or leaders of large corporations in the world ...

2. Can I use Airport Fast Track Service when I entry Vietnam by bus or cruise?

We are so sorry about this. Currently we just offer Fast Track Service at the airport, have not yet offered this service at Land border or harbor.
