Arrival Assistance Service is a service to assist passengers at the airport when they have a flight: Arrivals or Departures from a Vietnam airport.
Currently, we provide three types of services to meet the demands of customers:
- Meet and Assist – Arrival: Pick up at the airport (For Arriving Flights – customers fly from other places)
- Meet and Assist – Departure: Airport departure services (For Departing Flights – customers fly to elsewhere)
- Meet and Assist – Tranfers and Connection: Pick-up / Drop-off (For connecting Flights)
In addition to each type of service, in order to meet customer demand, we also provide a variety of services, ranging from NORMAL Service to LUXURY Service, with varying privileges associated with each. The highest level of service is LUXURY, which meets quality standards for ministerial level or leaders of major corporations worldwide.
HOW TO BOOK ?:
This website was designed to make it easy to order online services from anywhere at any time.
STEP 1: FILL IN ONLINE FORM
(1) Select the airport where we can assist you
(2) Select the category of service you want to book
(3) Select the service you want and fill the details Type of Visa (Normal Service, VIP Service or V.VIP Service)
(4) Flight information (Flight Number, Arrival date and time)
(5) Contact Information (Full Name, Your Email Phone Number)
STEP 2: CHOOSE MORE SERVICES IF YOU NEED
After checking clearly your information, you can choose more service as:
Vietnam Visa On Arrival,
Private Car Pick Up if you need.
The utility services are offered to provide consumers additional alternatives so they may have the most pleasant and convenient flight to Vietnam. By selecting SKIP in the service order interface, you can fully exclude these extra services if necessary.
STEP 3: REVIEW AND PAYMENT
At step 3 (Review and Payment) In order to deliver the service, we display all the data you supplied. Please double-check your application before making a payment to make sure that all of the information you provided is accurate.
We supply secure online payment through credit cards: Visa, Master card, JCB, Dinner Club, American Express, … via Paypal/Onepay gate.
With these booking code which have the date arrival is far from the apply date, if you do not have credit cards you can contact with us to pay via Western Union.
STEP 4: COMPLETE
We provide flexible payment policy, you can pay immediately at the time of booking (Select One Pay payment or Paypal and click PAY NOW), or pay later (Click PAY LATER).
A booking confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided in step 1. If you see any mistakes or require extra information, please contact us as soon as possible to adjust.
