What is this services ?
Arrival Assistance Services are available at international airports in Vietnam to help travelers enter the country promptly (Noi Bai Airport, Da Nang Airport, Cam Ranh Airport, Tan Son Nhat Airport, Phu Quoc Airport). When you arrive, we will pick you up in front of the immigration clearance area and assist you to do the necessary entry procedures quickly (Paste visa, stamp entry , quarantine, security and customs checks ..) and take you to the driver, your relative or your representative.
What types of services are there?
For your convenience, we offer up to 3 service categories with different advantages: Normal Service, VIP Service and VVIP Service.
👉 Standard Arrival Fast Track:
(1) You will move from Boarding Bridge to Landing Visa counter.
- Our staff will hold a signboard with your name on it.
- You give us your passport, 2 passport photos (size 4x6cm), visa stamping fee at airport (in case you choose Vietnam Visa On Arrival)
- Our staff proceed visa stamping/immigration procedures. (Depending on peak time or off-peak time, it takes around 15-20 minutes.)
(2) After completing the above procedures, you will receive your passport with visa stamp affixed.
(3) You queue for security check and entry stamp.
(4) Our staff will instruct you with Baggage Claim area.

👉 VIP Arrival Fast track:
(1) You will move from Boarding Bridge to Landing Visa counter.
- Our staff will hold a signboard with your name on it.
- You give us your passport, 2 passport photos (size 4x6cm), visa stamping fee at airport (in case you choose Vietnam Visa On Arrival)
- Our staff proceed visa stamping/immigration procedures. (Depending on peak time or off-peak time, it takes around 3-5 minutes.)
(2) You will receive your passport with visa stamp affixed.
(3) You go straight to a VIP line to pass through security check and entry stamp without queuing
(4) Our staff will instruct you with Baggage Claim area
(5) Our staff assist you to take luggage
(6) Assist you to find your Tour guide or assist you to take a taxi to your hotel

👉 V.VIP Arrival Fast Track:
(1) You will move from Boarding Bridge to Landing Visa counter.
- Our staff will hold a signboard with your name on it.
- You give us your passport, 2 passport photos (size 4x6cm), visa stamping fee at airport (in case you choose Vietnam Visa On Arrival)
- Our staff proceed visa stamping/immigration procedures. (Depending on peak time or off-peak time, it takes around 1-2 minutes.)
(2) You will receive your passport with visa stamp affixed.
(3) You go straight to a VIP line to pass through security check and entry stamp without queuing
(4) Our staff will instruct you with Baggage Claim area
(5) Our staff assist you to take and load your luggage onto trolleys
(6) Porters take your luggage and put them on your taxi
(7) Our staff take you to arrival gate where there are priority lane for our vehicles available to take you to your hotel. (The vehicles are prepared in advance and included in service cost)
(8) Take you to your hotel
