A representative of Ministry of Health said that the vaccine to be tested in humans must meet the criteria such as safety, immunogenicity and especially protective effect on animals.
"Recently, Government leaders have agreed with set of criteria for recognition and use of vaccine passports of countries in Vietnam proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs" - spokeswoman Le Thi Thu Hang said.
